Well, you can work this out logically. The second is Finnish so the first is presumably something else spoken in Finland, it's not Swedish (the second official language) and it looks vaguely Greenlandic so it must be whatever the Lapps (or Sami if you prefer) speak.

Yep, it is Sami. Since Sevettijärvi is in Inari it might even be Inari Sami which is currently near extinct with only few hundred speakers.
